TeamVisory is an Indian market research company with its own field teams in 11 cities across North, South, East and West India. We run quantitative, qualitative, healthcare and panel research, and we also run mystery audits.
India is not one market. It’s many markets inside one country, with different languages, incomes and buying habits. What a family in Lucknow wants from a product can be very different from what a family in Chennai wants. A survey that treats them the same often describes neither. That’s why our own people do the fieldwork in each city. They know the local language and the local market. As a market research agency, we work with Indian brands, global research firms, consultancies and healthcare companies. Our head office is in Dwarka, New Delhi, and our London office supports clients researching India from abroad.
Where we run market research in India
We have field teams in 11 cities across four regions.
North India: Delhi, Lucknow, Ludhiana. A mix of big-city, semi-urban and business audiences, from the capital to key state hubs.
South India: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad. Strong markets for technology, healthcare and fast-moving consumer goods. A good fit if you need tech-savvy professionals or doctors.
East India: Patna, Kolkata. Two distinct and fast-changing consumer markets. National studies often under-sample them.
West India: Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune. The centre of India’s finance, industry and start-ups. This is where most business-to-business research happens.
Need a city that isn’t on this list? Tell us where. We’ll check what’s feasible for your audience and say so before you commit to anything.
Market Research Services We Provide in India
Quantitative research service in India
Surveys that answer how many, how often and how much. We run them by phone (CATI), online (CAWI) or through our panel, depending on who you need to reach and how fast you need the data. Read more about quantitative research.
Qualitative research service in India
In-depth interviews, focus groups and ethnographic studies that explain why people choose what they choose. Our moderators run sessions in the respondent’s own language. Translated questions lose a lot of meaning, and good probing depends on language. Read more about qualitative research.
Healthcare market research in India
Studies with doctors, specialists, patients and caregivers for pharma, medical device and healthcare companies. Finding a specialist doctor is a different job from finding a general consumer, and it has its own compliance rules. We plan for both from day one. Read more about healthcare market research.
Panel research in India
A panel is a group of pre-profiled people who agree to take part in surveys. That makes fieldwork faster and cheaper, because we don’t have to find respondents from scratch. Our online panel covers India and 50+ countries, with verified respondents. Read more about panel research.
How to choose a market research company in India
There are many market research companies in India, and the pitches sound alike. These five questions help you tell them apart.
1. Who does the fieldwork? Their own team, or a subcontractor? Ask, and ask whether they would tell you if that changed.
2. Can they work in your respondents’ languages? This matters most for interviews and focus groups.
3. Will they tell you what’s not feasible? Rural respondents and niche specialists are hard to reach. A good partner says so before you sign.
4. How do they check data quality? Ask about validation, back-checks and how they remove fake or rushed responses.
5. Do they follow industry standards? You can read our ESOMAR 37 Questions before you contact us.
How a project works with us
1. You send a brief. Tell us what you need to find out, who you need to reach and where.
2. We scope it. You get the method, sample, cities, timeline and a quote, and we tell you early if something isn’t feasible.
3. We run the fieldwork. Our city teams recruit respondents and collect the data.
4. You get the results. Clean data and clear reporting, at the depth you asked for.
Have a research question? Send it to us.
We’ll reply with a method, a timeline and a quote for your scope.

Questions
We collect and analyse information about customers, competitors and markets, so a business can decide with evidence instead of a guess. That could be a survey of a few thousand households, a set of interviews with buyers, or a study of how a product category is performing in a particular region.
Quantitative and qualitative research, telephone (CATI) and online (CAWI) surveys, online panel research, healthcare market research, consumer and business research, and analysis of the data. The services page has the details.
Yes. Our PAN India operations team collects data beyond the metros, including smaller towns and remote areas. How easy it is depends on the audience you need, so we tell you up front what is realistic before you commit.
There is no standard price, because the cost depends on the project. The main factors are the method (an online survey usually costs less than phone interviews), the sample size, how hard the audience is to find (a specialist doctor takes more effort than a general consumer), the number of cities, the length of the questionnaire, and how detailed the reporting needs to be. Send us your brief and we will quote for your exact scope.
CATI means an interviewer calls the respondent and records the answers on a computer. It works well when you need someone to explain or probe, or when your audience is not easy to reach online. CAWI means the respondent completes the survey online by themselves. It is usually faster and better suited to larger samples.
Yes. We work with both domestic and international clients. The fieldwork happens in India through our own operations team, and we have an office in London for clients who prefer to work with someone in their time zone.
Both. We run consumer research with the general public and business research with professionals and decision-makers. We also run healthcare studies, which need a different approach to recruiting respondents.
It depends on the same factors. A short online survey can be done quickly, while a multi-city study needs more time for recruitment and fieldwork. We put a timeline in every proposal so you can plan around it.
